SECOND DAY IN JAKARTA, 5 SEPTEMBER 2011

Literature search at U.D Saudara Islamic Bookshop
Our second day in Jakarta was spent fruitfully for a series of three activities. It began with a literature search at U.D Saudara Islamic Bookshop at Jl. Kramat Raya Gang Buntu, followed by a visit to Masjid Agong al-Azhar (founded by the late Hamka) and subsequently discussion with Deputy Director of Lembaga Amil Zakat Peduli Ummat Bapak Sunaryo Adhiatmoko at his office below the Masjid Agong, and lastly, a meeting with Deputy Rector of Universitas Islam Jakarta Professor Marhamah and family at our hotel. The following photos tell them all, briefly.
